Great Garlic
We have dug our organic hardneck Yugoslavian Garlic and the crop looks great! It has been drying for the couple of weeks and is ready to go. The garlic has great strong flavour for cooking or eating fresh. It can also be used for planting. Plant mid September-October for harvest in July 2011. Stock up for the winter.
Tip: Store your garlic in a dark, cool place. Hope to have garlic available for sale until the end of October.
